Return Policy

Integrity is focused on making you 100% satisfied with your product. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please return it to us under the following conditions:

Office Supplies:

Office supplies may be returned in the original package/condition to Integrity for full credit within 90 days of the purchase date.

Food Items:

Perishable items such as food, candy, beverages, medicine are non- returnable at any time.

Technology:

Technology products may be returned for credit within a 90 day period with the original package still intact. This will include: shredders, digital cameras, printers, faxes, media, projectors, scanners, computer peripherals and accessories.

Ink/Toner:

Toners may be returned in the original packaging within a 90 day period. Opened ink without the package will be available for exchange only. Defective toners can be returned anytime within the expiration date (if available) located on the package along with a description of why the toner is defective.

Special Order/Custom items and Manufacturer Direct:

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.

Furniture:

Furniture may be returned in the original packaging (including all packing materials, components and manuals) within 30 days of the purchased date. Special ordered furniture is only eligible for return if damaged upon receipt and used furniture is sold as is.
